explains how our iOS and watchOS application handles your information.

TransiTango is designed with user privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal
data, usage analytics, or identification markers.
2. Information We Use and How It Is Processed
A. Location Data
- Usage: TransiTango requests permission to access your device's location to show nearby
transit stops, lines, and schedule information on map interfaces.
- Storage: Your location data is processed exclusively on-device. It is never
transmitted to our servers or stored permanently anywhere.
B. Third-Party Services & Network Requests
- Transit Data & Edge Caching: To show real-time transit schedules and updates efficiently while minimizing load on public servers, TransiTango queries public transit data through a secure edge proxy (Cloudflare).
- No Personal Data Sent: Requests made to transit data endpoints only request schedule or route information and do not include personal user identifiers or location tracking data.
C. User Support & Voluntary Feedback
- Usage: If you choose to contact us or submit feedback via email, we receive your email address and any technical diagnostics (such as iOS version, device model, and app version) included in your email.
- Purpose: This information is used exclusively to assist you, troubleshoot reported issues, or improve app functionality.
- Storage & Sharing: We do not share or sell your contact information, nor do we use it for advertising or marketing.
3. Data Storage & Tracking
- No User Accounts: You do not need to register or create an account to use TransiTango.
- No Third-Party Analytics / Trackers: We do not integrate third-party analytics (such as
Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel) or advertising SDKs.
- No Cookies or Device Fingerprinting: We do not track you across other apps or websites.
4. Children's Privacy
TransiTango does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no
personal data is collected from any user, children's data is inherently protected.
